You wake up more easily and more refreshed. Even exercise is easier because your body isn’t so exhausted from digesting the high fat and excessive protein in a red meat diet.
Many diets fail because psychologically we relate them to sacrificing the foods we love. We need to think more positively. Instead of focusing on losing weight, we should focus on eating healthier. The weight loss is just a natural bonus!
Of course, losing weight will result will result in a lot of other benefits, soo. You’ll feel much healthier because you are. You’ll be at lower risk for Tpe II Diabetes, and your blood pressure will fall into a healthier range. You’ll look and feel better not just because of a trimmer appearance, but because you’ll be more energetic.
